1. About KEFS
KEFS is a Lagos-based streetwear label that creates bold, culture-inspired clothing for everyday street movement. All transactions and experiences through this platform are provided by KEFS.
2. Use of Website
By using our site, you agree to:

3. Product Information & Sizing

All product descriptions and imagery are as accurate as possible.

Due to screen variations or lighting, colors may slightly differ.

Sizing: Each product page includes a size guide. Our fits are standard unisex (unless noted otherwise). For an oversized look, size up. For a fitted look, go true to size.

4. Orders & Payment

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Accepted payment methods: Debit/Credit Cards, Paystack, Flutterwave, and other local gateways.

KEFS reserves the right to cancel or hold orders due to fraud alerts, stock discrepancies, or suspicious activity.
5. Waitlists & Pre-Orders

For limited drops or sold-out items, you may join a waitlist.

Being on the waitlist does not guarantee restock or purchase.

If restocked, you may be notified via email. First come, first served.

Pre-orders (if available) will display estimated delivery dates on the product page.
6. Promo Codes & Offers

Promo codes must be applied during checkout to take effect.

Only one promo code can be used per order unless stated otherwise.

Promotions are time-limited and may exclude new drops or sale items.

KEFS reserves the right to cancel codes or alter promotions at any time.
7. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within Nigeria and internationally.

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

Delivery timelines:

Lagos: 1–3 days

Nigeria-wide: 3–7 days

International: 7–14 days (customs delays may apply)

You’ll receive a tracking link via email once dispatched.

KEFS is not liable for lost, delayed, or stolen parcels once handed to the courier.
8. Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied. Here’s our return policy:

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be:

Unworn and unwashed

In original packaging with tags intact

To initiate a return, email returns@kefs.ng with your order number.

You are responsible for return shipping unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Once received and inspected, your refund (minus shipping) will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Final sale, promo, and limited drops are non-returnable.
9. Intellectual Property
All photos, graphics, logos, slogans, and designs are the exclusive property of KEFS and may not be copied, redistributed, or modified without our permission.
10. User Accounts

If you register on KEFS.ng, you are responsible for keeping your password secure.

KEFS is not liable for losses due to unauthorized access.
